ITEC Fall Conference October 14-16, 2018 Iowa Events Center, Des Moines, Iowa
ITEC is an ISTE affiliate who promotes the use of technology in education by demonstrating to its members, other educators and the public developments in the use of educational technology and how its use supports teaching and learning. The Fall Conference is held at the Iowa Events Center in Des Moines, IA. The conference is open to all educators and administrators in Iowa and beyond.
Iowa's Board of Education adopted computer science standards in June 2018. Come learn about the voluntary standards and how they are structured. An example will be shared on elementary sequencing, integration into other content areas, and sharing of professional learning and implementation ideas.
